The great psychologist and philosopher William James advised, “Let everything you do be done as if it makes a difference.”

Some people are able to live their lives with passion and a sense of meaning that brings an exceptional level of energy and vitality into their everyday experience. In fact, one of the most common characteristics of successful people is their passion for what they do.

In his most recent applications of Success Factor Modeling, Robert has identified some of the key ways in which successful people intentionally strengthen and use their passion to bring more satisfaction and determination into their daily activities.

Some of these strategies include:

• Connecting to the center and “source” of your identity
• Feeling centered and open to new possibilities around you
• Consistently enhancing your personal competence and expertise
• Creating a sense of alignment and connection to your vision, mission and core values
• Expressing your identity in projects and actions—Connecting what you care about to what you do
• Getting a clear picture of your goals and their connection to their place in the “big picture” of your life
• Linking future goals to concrete examples of past successes
• Fostering a feeling of contribution to something important that will in some way “change the world”

This one-day seminar will explore how to apply these strategies to release more passion in your personal and professional life.
