Trainer & Consultancy Certification NLPU 400

The NLP Trainer & Consultancy certification program offers one of the most unique and valuable experiences available for advanced practitioners of NLP. The program is oriented around helping individuals explore the multiple levels involved in training - the what, how, why and who. A core element of the training is to create a context in which participants can discover and communicate their missions and visions related to training.

For individuals to learn effectively, learning material must be anchored to personal reference experiences and then directed to specific objectives and results. This class is grounded in practical training and consulting experience -participants will be giving presentations every day to various audiences. Daily you will add another layer of expertise; developing goals for yourself, for the materials, for the learners, for evidence that you've reached your outcomes, etc. You will also get the chance to model the special expertise of everyone else in the class. After numerous experiences and analyses of presentations; you will have developed your mission, aligned your purpose and your life's work, recognized and strengthened your very special and unique personal style, made friends and developed a new group of mentors and colleagues.

The topics and skills to be explored include:

The NLP Trainer & Consultancy certification program addresses both fundamental and advanced skills and strategies for effective training and presentations. The focus of the program is for people who make presentations for professional reasons, such as teaching, consulting and training. However, everyone can benefit from this intellectually challenging experience and from developing these skills.

The purpose of the course is to provide NLP trainers with 1) a cognitive structure and rationale for how to design effective courses and develop the appropriate support material and communications strategy to support that course and 2) skills and strategies for managing the interactive and relational aspects of the learning context. The main emphasis of the program will be on the application of these skills and strategies to facilitate the essential activities of a trainer. Specifically;

  1. Establish a framework for the process of learning from both the learner and instructor perspectives.
  2. Develop strategies to:
  3. Define a path of training objectives.
  4. Plan and realize the design of a particular training path and/or seminars, possibly through the modeling of "content experts" - directly with the "models" or indirectly (in the case of "extraction" of already organized teaching material).
  5. Transfer and install specific skills pertaining to the subject matter.
  6. Anticipate and manage problems and interferences with respect to the course
  7. Design effective assessment material and activities..

Graduates of this course will be listed with the NLP Global Trainer & Consultant registry on our web-site. You are encouraged to become a developer of a new NLP applications seminar, research and write NLP books; become an expert in a new application of NLP; possibilities infinite.

Adventure and joy lay over the horizon for those who challenge themselves with this level of NLP.
