Significant accomplishments and contributions:
For over 50 years, I have been an Insulin Dependent Diabetic. In that time, I have lived a happy healthy life with almost none of the complications normally associated with Diabetes.

Ongoing projects and research:
To determine how certain people are able to live happy fulfilling lives with different types of health challenges or to eliminate the challenges entirely. To effectively allow others to model those characteristics and to incorporate the changes into their lives as they see fit. To do research into medical research to allow the general public to have greater insights into the changes and challenges being experienced in research.

Specific skills and resources you have to contribute to the community:
I have been a diabetic since infancy. This has allowed me to experience first hand the benefits obtained through a sense of inner control over my condition. In turn, I have developed a personal discipline which has generalised through all areas of my life.

Mission Statement:
My Mission is to empower those who have been disaffected through physical or emotional challenges. To assist those who have been told they have "disabilities" to shed meaningless labels and to take control of their lives as they see fit.

Metaphor for my mission:
A bullet passing through an apple. The bullet represents the direction and focus of my mission. The apple represents authority or dogma that must be subject to scrutiny to determine if it is valid and should be adopted or exposed if it is not valid.

I exercise and meditate daily, read extensively, and play a banjo.

Where geographically are you willing to travel:
Preferably Ontario, Canada. Special arrangements would be necessary for travel to other areas.
