We are excellent at networking, training in Stephen Gilligan's Self-Relations, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) training, and Thought Field Therapy (TFT) training

Personal:

Both trainers enjoy scuba diving. Rachel has a Master's Degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and Steven has a Master's Degree in Transpersonal Psychology and Education. Connecting to the heart and working towards open communication is an ongoing work in progress.
