The goal is to create a world where everyone is a leader by 2017. Our purpose is to develop ourselves as fully a possible and return to the place from whence we started and know it for the first time. The beneficial effects of this will be the fulfillment of the dreams of our ancestors and the creation of even greater dreams for generations to come. An evidence of these benefits will be an alignment and practice of the philosophy by individuals and organizations. The benefits can be expected now and they expand with each step of development. After 1999 it will be tested and accepted in the NLP community at large. This idea will lead to freedom, personal satisfaction, self expression, personal growth, learning, developing, confidence. We want to be role models and catalysts.
The overall time frame for reaching the goal is 2017. It is a continually evolving process. The chief actors/actresses include the strategy team. The steps to reach the goal involve -
An effective ongoing feedback will be the body of information continues to grow and develop. The membership of the team will maintain or increase. Testing will happen in our individual environments and reports will be posted on the web site. We will know that the goal has been reached when we see resource materials in business, trainings occurring as part of the curriculum for business, change in the thinking and structure of business that reflect the visionary philosophy.
The people most effected by this plan are people who promote the hierarchical system of operating. Their needs are: sustain control, power base, external source of responsibility, survival, acquisition and growth, comfort and safety.
Someone might object to this may fear: they will loose money, position, control, power, too much of a difference, punishment for mistakes, conflict of values. The present way of doing things: you don't have to take responsibility, no failure, easy to avoid, success is rewarded, you can become visible, safety, comfort with routine. These positive gains will be preserved by creating a safe environment where proven results and personal gain are acknowledged by all. We would not want to implement this plan if there is no commitment by all parties involved in the process.
What is currently needed or missing from the plan is definite structure, the guiding principles, responsibilities. A possible solution would be email or web site. This can be implemented by investigating the internet possibilities and communicating to the group. What else is currently needed or missing from the plan is definite action plan.
