LEARNING ORGANIZATION

The goal is to make NLP tools acceptable for organizations. The purpose is to help them to become ongoing learning organizations. The beneficial effects of this will be to develop internally the resources they need to adapt to future challenges.

An evidence of these benefits will be that they keep on learning and changing with less external support. The benefits can be expected when they have adopted the tools and use them for their own benefit. This idea will lead us to be recommended to other areas/companies as consultants/resources . We want to be the catalyst for change.

The overall time frame for reaching the goal is five years. The chief actors include managments and staff of the organizations. The steps to reach the goal involve - (a) identify target organizations. (b) identify the oportunity. (c) identify the tools. An effective ongoing feedback will be the acceptance/ resistance by the client.

We will know that the goal has been reached when clients use the skills and presuppositions on their own. Someone might object to this plan if not included lack of understanding, control issues. The present way ofdoing things is demostrate. These positive gains will be preserved by pacin and leading. We would not want to implement this plan if no support/commitment from stakeholders or leaders.

Our plan can be implemented when the NLP Community will be well informated by: Creating LEARNING JOURNAL, where people can share their learnings.
