Business Marketing and Organizational Development

Our vision is that people in organizations will recognize those situations when their preferred choice for partnering will be people who embody the excellence of NLP training. This will occur when the field of organizational NLP is understood, respected and accessible. Our mission is to raise the standard of personal and community functioning of NLPers by a quantum level. We want to do this in the business and organizational development field. We believe that organizations are partnerships at all levels and they function best when this fact is an operating reality. We believe that we as a community are the answer to this vision. We believe that one person does make a difference and that one person in relation in a community of like-minded people makes a transformative difference. To accomplish our vision and mission we will 1) Use our capabilities to create a context in which a minimum of 500 NLPers working within and consulting to business and organizations have committed to one another and to the community to transform themselves into models of their own and each others excellence at all logical levels. By 2002 the community will consist of a minimum of 500 people who have made this commitment and demonstrated achievement judged by the following criteria: Subjective: a sense of accomplishment. Objective: external recognition of effectiveness. 2) form an association of NLP organizational workers to share market research and identification of market trends. Our criteria is a membership of 20 members in 1 year, and 200 active members within 5 years. 3) The association wil publish a newsletter that will A) explore the uses of technologies from other fields to forecast markets and deliver services to our clients; B) Identify different models of accomplishment that share our values and presuppositons, and publicizes those models and the people involved. The newsletter will begin in 1997.
