Our vision is to create environment out of which structures can emerge and flourish that develop, maintain and support the NLP community. In relation to that vision I we are seeders, planters. Our mission is to contribute and to support structures such as publications and organizations as well as to assist in creating new ones. We want to do this because we value the universal ownership and sharing of knowledge; wise, loving relationships; making a difference; involvement, cooperation and personal evolution and the joy of accomplishment. We believe that this is possible, that is is worth taking the time for it and that we are capable of achieving it. To accomplish our vision and mission we will use our capabilities to create, lead, encourage, incorporating the existing NLP commnity world-wide (and possibly elsewhere). Our plan is to create a manifesto and ask the delegates at the NLP community Leadership project to sign this commitment statement. This plan will be implemented in the context of this conference and a web-site. The web site will show the statement and list the persons signing it, including their personal goals in relation to our missions.
