Our Goal is to create an environment in which structures can emerge and flourish that develop, maintain & support the NLP community.

THE PURPOSE is to unite the NLP community and to make the best use of shared resources.
THE BENEFITS will be that we become more influential, more systemic, have more cohesion, encourage cooperation, be more efficient and share learning.
EVIDENCE OF BENEFITS will be the success of the web site by the contribution of the NLP community.
THE BENEFITS WILL BE EXPECTED when the web site is up and running and natural associations will flourish.
THIS IDEA WILL LEAD TO the spread of quality NLP worldwide.
I / WE want to be like the sun, radiating light throughout the NLP community.

REALIST:

Overall time frame for reaching this goal is within the next two years.
The chief actors include NLP community practitioners and other volunteers from the NLP community.
Steps to reach this goal involve:

The manifesto

The creation of the web site and e-mail list for trainers

Communications through publications to organizations Setting up an international conference every two years

The Effective ongoing feedback will be increased use of the web site, expansion of specific NLP groups within the community, the increased number of individuals becoming NLP practitioners and trainers, and the increased media coverage.

I / we will know that the goal has been reached when 5% of the NLP community in general, and 40% of the main NLP institutes in 15 countries are connected.

CRITIC:

The people most affected by this plan are NLP trainers and the NLP community
Their needs are:
Cutting edge information, procedures, systems, templates, communication with others, and codes of the best practice.

Someone might object to this plan if the costs are too high, language barriers exist, there is a lack of technology, or a lack of knowledge.

The present way of doing things suits a competitive way of operating, and a full use of more sensory channels.

These positive gains will be preserved by ensuring that we continue to meet locally and internationally on a regular basis, and allegiances will create an expanded market.

What is currently needed or missing from the plan is:
A commitment to cooperation by the NLP community.
