#1 Vision
We have a dream where committed professionals are focusing their considerable skills on education and becoming a magnet for the people of the world to enable them to achieve their full potential as successful learners, and well rounded human beings.

#2 Identity
We are a nexus, an attractor, and a catalyst for helping educational systems restructure to support our vision.

#3 Mission
We will facilitate this dream by: In short -- Building a model of education that is so powerful that it serves as a magnet for educators, students, and people of all socio-economic levels to mobilize to action.

#4 Beliefs and Values
We believe that all members of the educational community are capable of learning in a joyful and respectful manner.
Within this model of the world, we believe all people deserve to be accepted, appreciated and understood for who they are -- Unique individuals each with their own unique style of learning, with positive intentions, looking for the appropriate behaviors, capabilities and beliefs, to define who they uniquely are, and to find their place in the world.

#5 Capabilities #6 Environment
We envision the above dream manifesting with the support and cooperation of: #7 Behaviors - Projects
We list various programs here under the heading of each specific sector of society, knowing and hoping that there will be overlap amongst and between the sectors. #8 Support and Resources
All of the above will require the following support/resources: A possible list of resources might include: people, money, time, specific groups.

#9 Systemic changes required
All of the above will require changes in the current status quo.

#10 Concerns/Opportunities and Errant Thoughts Add to the NLP presuppositions:
  • Energy flows where attention goes.
  • The messenger never rests until the message is delivered.
