We have a dream

We have a dream where committed professionals are focusing their considerable skills on the people of the world to enable them to achieve their full potential as successful learners, and well rounded human beings.

Within this model of the world, all people will be accepted, appreciated and understood for who they are -- Unique individuals each with their own unique style of learning, with positive intentions, looking for the appropriate behaviors, capabilities and beliefs, to define who they uniquely are, and to find their place in the world;

It is our hope to not only empower students, but parents, teachers, and school systems as well, so that a more humane and effective educational system has the opportunity to develop.

We would like to facilitate this dream by:
Continuing to develop learning strategies that are effective and enjoyable

More effectively supporting all people who struggle in traditional school environments

Helping parents and teachers find new and different ways to work with each other, and with their students

Helping the educational system restructure itself to support all of the above activities.

We envision the above manifesting with the support and cooperation of: Corporations, Local and National governments, and local and national communities of both individuals and special interest groups

With the cooperation and support of the sectors of society listed above we envision adopting the following programs (please note that this is a non-exhaustive list)

All of the above will require the following resources:

All of the above will also require the following large scale changes:

  1. COMMUNITY, PARENTS, CHILDREN, TEACHERS, SCHOOL BOARDS, ADMINISTRATORS, STAFF, COUNSELORS, SOCIETY, STUDENTS, CORPORATIONS, SCHOOLS OF EDUCATION (EDUCATORS WHO TEACH EDUCATORS), GOVEERNING BODIES WHO MAKE THE RULES AND PROVIDE FUNDS, SUPERVISORS OF TEACHERS, MONEY CONTROLLERS,

STUDENTS, TEACHERS, SUPERVISORS, SUPPORT STAFF, GOVERNING BODIES (MONEY CONTROLlERS) SYSTEM TO WHICH THEY FEED.

  2. INFORMATION CHANGING SO QUICKLY (INFO. OVERLOAD), PEOPLE CONSTANTLY NEED TO UP GRADE THEIR SKILLS, EVERYONE NEEDS TO KEEP LEARNING THEIR WHOLE LIFE, TECHNOLOGY AND MEDIA ARE INTERGRAL PARTS OF LEARNING, COMMUNITY GOING FROM LOCAL TO WORLDWIDE, MORE PART TIME WORKERS, LESS RESOURCES $$ FOR MATERIALS AND PROGRAMS, $$$ SALARY NOT GOOD FOR TEACHERS, TEACHERS NOT BEING HEARD BY ADMINISTRATORS, PUBLIC EDUCATION IMAGE VERY BAD, NOT ENOUGH RESOURCES TO EDUCATE EVERYCHILD, PRIVATE SCHOOLS ARE THE MINORITY, GROWING DISSATISFACTION ABOUT PUBLIC EDUCATION NOT DELIVERING RESULTS, ACCOUNTABILITY, SEPARATION BETWEEN PRIVATE AND PUBLIC EDUCATION IN ATTITUDE, USE OF MATERIALS, MONEY AND RESOURCES PUT INTO PRIVATE SCHOOLS MEANING LESS RESOURCES FOR THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

  3. CONNECTING TEACHERS TROUGH SHARING INFORMATION INTERNET.

DATA BASE OF EVERYONE WHO IS EFFECTIVELY USING NLP IN EDUCATION THAT ALLOWED US TO SET UP A NETWORK OF COMMUNICATION SO TECHNIQUES, SUCCESS STORIES, ISSUES COULD BE SHARED AROUND THE WORLD.

TO BUILD A MODEL SO POWEFUL THAT IS SERVES AS A MAGNET FOR EDUCATORS, STUDENTS, AND PEOPLE OF ALL SOCIO-ECONOMIC LEVELS TO MOBILIZE TO ACTION.

RESTRUCTURE EDUCATIONAL ORGANZATIONS TO OPERATE OUT OF PRESUPPOSITIONS THAT SUPPORT LEARNING AND THE UNIQUENESS OF THE IDIVIDUAL STUDENTS. (LIKE THE NLP PRESUPPOSITIONS)

    ENERGY FLOWS WHERE ATTENTION GOES.
THE MESSENGER NEVER RESTS UNTIL THE MESSAGE IS DELIVERED.

    DON BLACKERBY:
CREATE A NETWORK OF CHANGE AGENTS WHO MODEL THE PRESUPPOSITIONS IN THEIR TEACHING AND INTERACTIONS.

    PARENTS AS A VEHICLE.

MODEL JOHN KLOBAS FOR HOW TO TEACH.

CREATE A CHILDREN'S BOOK TO TEACH THE PRESUPPOSITIONS THROUGH THE STORY. - PHYLLIS

MODEL EXEMPLARS FOR VARIOUS LEARNING TASKS - THEN SHARE IT WITH OTHERS. (MODEL AND TEACH)
