Purpose The goal is to focus the NLP community on the fact that NLP has its own unique epistemology which is whole and complete. The purpose is to we want people to come home and be a part of the family.
Benefits The beneficial effects of this will be NLP can grow organically and offer a more integral and inclusive methodology from which to operate. An evidence of these benefits will be practitioners will walk the walk and do much less of the talk (they wont need too). Others will naturally and effortlessly move towards NLP. NLP will be the attractor. The benefits can be expected when practitioners operate from within the NLP model and embody it, in all they say and do.
Effects This idea will lead to NLP becoming even richer and fuller, more complete and whole, and more accessible. I/we want to be the seeders.
Time Frame and Actors The overall time frame for reaching the goal is already done, now we just need to manifest the results. The time is now. The chief actors include all those who already are part of the NLP community. Especially those who have adopted the mission to spread the word through their deeds.
Steps The steps to reach the goal involve - (a) coming back to the basics which are at the center of the model. (b) becoming exquisite at embodying the model ourselves. (c) becoming exquisite at helping others to embody the model. (d) engaging others in our vision. (b). (c).
Feedback An effective ongoing feedback will be a growing sense of commonality and diversity in the NLP community. This will be represented in common skills and unique approaches. I/we will know that the goal has been reached when NLP is being taught in schools and throughout the world community in a way that is recognizable to any NLPer anywhere.
Influences The people most effected by this plan are all the stakeholders, most especially those who will bring this position into the world. Their needs are to have richer and fuller lives, with greater choice, flexibility and joy, love, family, peace, inategrity. etc.
Objections Someone might object to this plan if they don't understand it or feel disenfranchised. The present way of doing things lets everyone go their own way and claim everything as their own without credit, recognition or remuneration."Divide and Conquer.". These positive gains will be preserved by more success by enriching and enlarging the model from a common center.
Constraints I/we would not want to implement this plan if it compromised the integrity or honor of those affected by it.
Missing Links What is currently needed or missing from the plan is consensus built through effective dissemination of information and skills. A possible solution would be to demonstrate the value in living it first ourselves. This can be implemented by beginning what is already begun.
What else is currently needed or missing from the plan is aggreement to give up personal ego, fame and fortune for the larger more inclusive good, including sacrificing those who need to fulfill themselves at any cost. A possible solution would be to make it too costly to proceed on the path of fragmentation and divisiveness. This can be implemented by finding the common ground and walking it arm and arm together, shoulder to shoulder, and back to back.

A possible solution would be to find how and where we are more alike than different, and more together than separate. "United we stand.". This can be implemented by recognizing ourselves in others.
