Aging Joyfully

The goal is to model the structure of subjective experience of people who age well and package it, so it can be given to others. The purpose is to help create a world filled with people aging joyously. The beneficial effects of this will be that people will learn HOW to age with joy. An evidence of these benefits will be demonstrate a different behavioural patterns after a seminar, consistent with the model, and with be followed in a longitudinal study to observe long term resluts. The benefits can be expected when people participate in the seminar that takes them thro the aging well model. This idea will lead to great satisfaction and pleasure, recognition and financial success. I/we want to be like Gloria Steinham with NLP skills.

The overall time frame for reaching the goal is 2 years. The chief actors include Janice Gray (Develper), Anne Betz(business partner), People from the NLP Community, Research Subjects and peole from disciplines with similar interests. The steps to reach the goal involve - (a) Random interviewing of people between the ages of 50 - 60, to be folloed by people in older age brackets. (b) sharing information at the IASH Conference and getting feedback. (c) Developing a model and test it. An effective ongoing feedback will be increaseed data, synthesis of the data and positive feedback from peers and participants and an internal core of enthusiasm (warmth, feeling of expansion). I/we will know that the goal has been reached when positive feedback from many sources.

The people most effected by this plan are aging people, boomers, skeptics,
