Our vision is to create reseach that positively influences the NLP and professional community. In relation to that vision We are like locksmiths with keys available for people in the NLP community to open their minds to the possibilities of research. Our mission is to present NLP as a viable discipline-field to the professional public, through replicable research projects using NLP filters, distinctions and models. We value want to do this because we value NLP as a distinct discipline, we believe that NLP can make a difference, we believe NLP can be validated, NLP can make a faster approach to healing and believe that it is important to validate NLP models as a legitimate model of human fucntioning and to pace the scientifc attitude for evidencs. To accomplish our vision and missiion we will use our capabilities to detect patterns to build descriptions, in other words to build a NLP research methodology, to do research, to understand the professional communities we are relating to. Our plan is to stay in contact regarding our own research projects and knowledge of research developments. We will share conversiations on the internet over the 1997-1998 year. This plan will be implemented in the context of conversations on the internet over the 1997-1998 year.
