• Develop a network and organizational communication, clearinghouse, data base
• infrastructure to faciltate the developement of research cabability and group knowledge with the larger NLP community
• Organize a project to identify top project ideas and resources in terms of people,
• collaborators, sponsers and the like.

• Conservative political environment with funding implications; procedure orientation, limited definition of value (no national capital accounting).
• Short term point of view.
• Zero tolerance
• Search for alternative and complementary interventions with health and healing by individuals and groups.
• The cost cutting trend works to support NLP interventions in health care system.
• NLP community developing, becoming more connected.
